The waffles we had tasted amazing and ice cream was very nice. Really liked the glasses the milkshakes came in and was a good size portion. Good customer service as well

Very good customer service, always very chatty and lovely. The milkshakes and ice cream are all made in store, and are extremely tasty. My sister and I often stop by on our way home from work to get something refreshing for our walk home. If I could give more stars I would, as the staff make people feel welcome and the menu is lovely.

Had the pleasure of visiting these lovely people yesterday. Me and my mum tried the super creamy, flavour packed gelato: coconut, lemon and cherry. Fantastic quality product and a real treat. So good that we returned today, with a friend, for more. The staff are so friendly and they let us have tasters on both visits so that we could try more flavours. Get yourself down there and give the gelato a whirl. It's superb! To the staff of Chingford Ice Creams: thanks for looking after us, and see you again soon 😊

Having read a rather negative review on Google I was apprehensive to visit. I needn't have worried! I cannot fault this ice cream parlour in any way. The service was amazing! Friendly, smiley staff, who couldn't do enough to help. A wonderful and quirky shop. And now on to the actual sundae.. I ordered a cherry and brownie eton mess. It was delicious. Just delicious. For £4.95 the amount of ice cream, fruit, cream and brownie you get is endless! The ice cream is simply gorgoues. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They take so much pride in their work and I wish them all the best.

Amazing place to enjoy a dessert! Would 100% recommend. The customer service is perfect and their waffles are delicious. To everyone thay left a horrible review, i think that it is an exaggeration as this place is actually flawless! Will definitely recommend to all my friends xx

Second time we've been here, their crepes and ice creams are amazing home made ice cream at its best! They're very kind and friendly, lovely atmosphere to sit outside, would definitly recommend to family and friends thank you so much!!

Kinder Bueno milkshake and Nutella Waffle were great. Staff were very polite and helpful when there was a minor mistake in my order (resolved quickly). Highly recommend going!

OMG wife bought two milkshakes wow they were gorgeous- but you do get what you pay for, each were £6+ each but once tasted you soon forget the cost

Very friendly and the salted caramel and cookie ice cr3ams were amazing.......green smoothie not so nice but then I don't like spinach lol .....defo will be going back
